Can I purchase directly from the Stitch Wholesaler?
Stitch Wholesaler is a wholesale only company, which means that patterns can be purchased through a retailer, such as a brick & mortar store or an online retailer. If you're having trouble finding our products, please contact us and we'll be happy to help!

Wholesale Customers

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, however, we are unable to accept returns on charts. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to discuss your options.

Shipping and insurance
-Shipping charges are actual shipping costs through USPS. The shopping cart defaults to $10.00 shipping. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated once your order is complete and can be weighed. We will send you an invoice for shipping that will show the accurate shipping cost.

-If you wish to insure your package, please let us know in the "special instructions" box in the shopping cart.  Insurance fees will be added to your shipping invoice.

-We cannot be held responsible for a package once it is in the postal system. If you are concerned about a package getting lost, or have had delivery issues in the past, please request that we insure your package. 

International Packages
We ship international packages via USPS. If you have your own DHL account and prefer we use that, please let us know. If using USPS, we cannot be held responsible for a package once it is in the postal system. If you are concerned about a package getting lost, or have had delivery issues in the past, please request that we insure your package. 

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is expected at the time of the order.  Payment of the shipping invoice is expected prior to shipping.
